Pickled Peppers and Onions

I luuuuuurvvveeeee pickles!!!!
Ranging from the khatta meetha mommy style achar to the dill pickles here in US. Anything pickled is welcome – ooooooooh I just love it!!

So when the other day, I saw this awesome way of pickling stuff at home, I almost jumped at the idea. I was like, I have to do it. Its simple, quick and does not require long pickling times either. And the method is so versatile, you can practically pickle anything you like.

I just used yellow peppers and pearl onions instead of shallots. Everything else is the same. They turned out awesome and are part of every one my meals these days … 🙂
