Paneer Bread Rolls
I just came across this fabulous recipe for bread rolls here. My mom used to make these a lot for snacks and tiffins, only with mashes potatoes instead of crumbled paneer. Well, there was one more very big difference, they used to be deep-fried!!!
I particularly liked this recipe for its simplicity. Its so quick to make and does not involve any deep-frying whatsoever.
Nags has done such a wonderful job of giving step by step instructions for this recipe, so I dont see a point reproducing it all the way again. You can just find it here.
Nice, yummy snack! I loved it!!

very sweet of you to try and post it. They look exactly like mine did
Do let me know next time you try a recipe and post it, I will link to you
Thanks so much for visiting my blog. My friends loved the rolls too. It was a lunch time hit!

dont we have to cook the paneer and the masala
Hi Priya,
It doesnt really need to be cooked, but if you like a crispy taste, you can give the mixture a quick saute before filling in.
Thanks for stopping by!
